One-Off Technical Support for Your Website or Web App

Need one precise change to a live site or app — without hiring an agency or signing up for a monthly plan? We step in, find the exact layer where the problem sits (content, form, tracking, a small front- or back-end feature, or a setting), and fix it. No subscription: we bill in 30-minute increments and reply within two business hours. Remote, worldwide, humans first — AI only to work faster.

Situations we handle every week

  • A phone number, price, address or paragraph is wrong and you can't find where to edit it — or the change won't save.
  • Your contact or quote form doesn't send, sends to the wrong inbox, or drops half the submissions.
  • You added a page or product but it doesn't appear in the menu, in search, or on mobile.
  • You need Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel or a conversion tag installed and firing correctly — not just pasted in.
  • A button, link or image is broken, points to the wrong place, or looks fine on desktop but breaks on phones.
  • You want one small feature added: a field, a filter, a redirect, an extra step in a form, a download link.
  • A plugin, theme or dependency update broke the layout and you just need it back to normal.
  • Cookie banner, GDPR consent or a legal text needs adjusting so tracking is compliant.
  • A setting is off — timezone, currency, email sender, SSL/HTTPS, a 404 that should redirect somewhere.
  • The previous developer or agency is gone and no one else will touch such a small job.

How we approach a one-off fix

  1. We start from the symptom, not the technology: you describe what's wrong and what it should do, and we reproduce it on the live environment before touching anything.
  2. We locate the real layer. A form that fails could be the front-end validation, the server handler, an SMTP/email delivery issue, a spam filter, or a hosting block — we check the browser console, network requests and any error message (a 500, a silent 200, a 'message not sent') to isolate the true cause instead of guessing.
  3. We confirm access and a safe path in: which CMS, hosting or codebase, what credentials exist, and whether a quick backup or staging copy is possible before we edit.
  4. We make the smallest change that solves it — edit the content, repair the handler, install and verify the tag with a real test event, or ship the small feature — and we keep it upgrade-safe rather than hacking around it.
  5. We verify the result the way a visitor would: submit the form, load the page on mobile, watch the tag fire in GA4/Pixel debug, click through the redirect — and confirm nothing else broke.
  6. We tell you exactly what was wrong, what we changed, and how long it took, so you're billed only for the time the fix actually needed.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to sign a monthly contract for a single fix?

No. There's no subscription and no minimum retainer. We bill in 30-minute increments, so a small change costs the time it actually takes and nothing more.

How fast will you reply?

We reply within two business hours. For a clearly described one-off change, we can often tell you straight away whether it's doable and roughly how long it will take.

I don't know if the problem is my site, my host or my form provider. Can you still help?

Yes — that's exactly the diagnosis step. We trace the symptom across content, code, hosting and third-party services to find where it actually breaks, including the common case where the site is down but the server is fine and the app itself is the issue.

What access do you need from me?

Usually admin login to your CMS or platform, and sometimes hosting or code repository access for deeper fixes. We tell you the minimum required for your specific task, and we take a backup where possible before changing anything.

Can you add tracking like GA4 or the Meta Pixel and confirm it works?

Yes. We install the tag correctly, then verify it with a live test — a real event showing up in GA4 or Pixel debug — so you know it's firing, not just pasted into the page.

Do you work remotely, and does my location matter?

We work fully remotely and take clients worldwide. As long as we can access the environment, your country or timezone isn't a barrier.

Describe the change and your environment — a link, what's wrong, and how you log in — and we'll confirm we can handle it and what it should take. No subscription, no oversized project: just the fix you need.
