AI Integration Services
We integrate and stabilise AI features inside the product you already run: an assistant or chatbot, a RAG search over your own documents, or an AI step in an existing automation. If yours is live but hallucinating, answering off-topic, ignoring your data or quietly failing, we trace the problem to the exact layer — prompt, retrieval, data source, routing or guardrails — and fix that layer rather than rebuilding the whole thing. No subscription, billed in 30-minute increments, remote worldwide, with a reply inside 2 business hours.
Situations we handle
- Your chatbot confidently invents answers (hallucinates) and cites facts, prices or policies that don't exist.
- The assistant answers off-topic or goes off the rails when users push it, because there are no real guardrails or scope limits.
- You have a RAG setup, but it retrieves the wrong passages, misses obvious documents or returns outdated content.
- The assistant can't actually reach your data — the knowledge base, database, product catalogue or CRM isn't wired in correctly.
- You want to add an AI assistant to an existing site or web app but don't know where it should live or how to connect it safely.
- An AI step in your n8n or automation flow silently fails, times out or produces malformed output that breaks the rest of the pipeline.
- LLM costs are climbing with no clear reason, and you have no visibility into what's being sent, retried or cached.
- Responses are painfully slow, and you can't tell whether it's retrieval, the model, routing or the hosting layer.
- Your prompt logic is scattered across the codebase and no one can change the assistant's behaviour without breaking something else.
- The person who built the AI feature is gone, nothing is documented, and you just need someone to take it over and make it reliable.
How we approach an AI integration or fix
- Reproduce and locate the failure first. We collect real failing prompts and outputs, then isolate whether the issue is in the prompt, retrieval, the data source, routing or the guardrails — instead of guessing. A hallucination caused by empty retrieval and one caused by a weak prompt need opposite fixes.
- Check the data and retrieval layer. For RAG, we inspect how documents are chunked, embedded and indexed, run test queries, and look at what is actually retrieved versus what should be. Stale, duplicated or badly chunked sources are the most common root cause of wrong answers.
- Verify the connections to your real systems. We confirm the assistant reaches your knowledge base, database, catalogue or CRM through stable, authenticated calls, with sensible timeouts and error handling — so a slow or failing source degrades gracefully instead of breaking the whole reply.
- Tighten the prompt, routing and guardrails. We give the assistant a clear scope, ground it in retrieved context, add refusal and fallback behaviour for out-of-scope questions, and route simple vs. complex requests appropriately so it stays on-topic and predictable.
- Make it observable and cost-aware. We add logging of inputs, outputs and retrieval, plus caching and retry limits where they help, so you can see what the assistant does, catch regressions, and keep token spend under control.
- Hand back something you can run. We validate against your real cases, document how it's wired and how to change behaviour safely, and — where useful — use AI to accelerate our work, but a human owns every decision that ships.
Technologies & environments — examples, not a limit
Your model, framework or tool isn't in this list? This isn't a compatibility checklist. Tell us the problem and your environment — what the assistant should do, where it lives and what it connects to — and we'll quickly confirm whether we can take it on.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my chatbot hallucinate, and can it be fixed?
Hallucinations usually come from missing or wrong context, not a bad model. When retrieval returns nothing useful, the model fills the gap by inventing. We fix it by grounding answers in your real data, tightening the prompt, and adding guardrails that make the assistant say it doesn't know instead of guessing.
Can you add an AI assistant to my existing website or app without rebuilding it?
Yes. In most cases we integrate the assistant into what you already run, connecting it to your existing data and pages rather than replacing your stack. We identify the right place for it to live and wire it in with proper authentication, scope and fallbacks.
How do you stop the assistant from answering off-topic questions?
We define a clear scope for the assistant, ground it in your approved content, and add guardrails and refusal behaviour for anything outside that scope. Simple and complex requests can also be routed differently so answers stay relevant and predictable.
Do you build from scratch or also fix AI features someone else built?
Both. A large part of our work is taking over an AI feature that's already live but unreliable — often after the original builder has left. We locate the failing layer, document how it works, and make it stable and maintainable.
How is this billed — is there a subscription?
No subscription. We bill in 30-minute increments for the time the work actually takes, so a small fix and a full integration are priced on the same honest basis. You get a clear estimate before we start.
How fast do you respond and can you work remotely?
We reply within 2 business hours and work remotely worldwide. For AI issues that means we can start reproducing the problem from your real prompts and logs quickly, without waiting on an on-site visit.
Tell us what your assistant should do, where it lives and what it connects to — plus a few real failing examples if you have them. We'll confirm we can take it on and send you a clear, no-subscription estimate.
