API, Integration & Automation Support

When an API stops responding, a webhook silently drops payloads, or your CRM and ERP fall out of sync, the visible symptom rarely points to the real cause. We step into your existing setup, trace the request end to end, and pinpoint the exact layer where it breaks: authentication, the third-party endpoint, the automation platform, your own backend or the network in between. Then we fix it and make it reliable, without a subscription and without asking you to rebuild anything.

Situations we take on every week

  • A webhook that used to fire has gone silent, and records stop updating on one side without any error shown to you.
  • Your CRM and ERP no longer sync: new orders, contacts or invoices land in one system but never reach the other.
  • An integration returns 401 or 403 after a token expired, a key was rotated, or the provider changed its auth scheme.
  • An automation in n8n, Make or Zapier fails intermittently, times out, or fires twice and creates duplicate records.
  • A third-party API started returning 429 rate-limit errors and your workflow has no retry or backoff, so data is lost.
  • You need to connect two tools that have no native integration, and you want it done properly rather than with brittle copy-paste steps.
  • A provider deprecated an API version or changed a payload field, and your integration broke overnight with no warning.
  • Data arrives in the wrong shape: dates, currencies, IDs or nested fields don't map cleanly between the two systems.
  • A scheduled sync runs but processes only part of the data because of pagination, filters or a silent cursor bug.
  • The integration works in test but fails in production, and the developer or agency who built it is no longer reachable.

How we diagnose an integration, in order

  1. We reproduce the exact failure first: which trigger, which direction of sync, which record, and what the visible symptom is versus what you expected to happen.
  2. We follow one request end to end. We inspect the real HTTP call and status code (401/403 auth, 404 wrong endpoint, 422 bad payload, 429 rate limit, 5xx provider-side), the headers and the actual JSON body sent and received, so we know whether the fault is yours, the provider's or the platform in between.
  3. We check the plumbing that fails silently: webhook delivery logs and signature validation, expired or rotated tokens and OAuth refresh, IP allowlists, and whether the endpoint URL or API version still exists on the provider's side.
  4. We test the automation logic itself: idempotency (are duplicates being created?), retry and backoff on failure, pagination and cursors on large datasets, and field mapping where dates, currencies or IDs get mangled between systems.
  5. We fix at the right layer and harden it: correct the auth or mapping, add safe retries and de-duplication, add logging and an alert so the next failure is visible immediately instead of discovered weeks later.
  6. We confirm with you on real data, document what was wrong and what changed, and leave the workflow in a state you or your team can maintain.

Your tool or provider isn't in this list? This isn't a compatibility checklist. Tell us the problem and describe your environment, and we'll quickly confirm we can take it on. If it exchanges data over an API, a webhook or a file, we can almost certainly work with it.

Frequently asked questions

My webhook stopped working but shows no error. How do you find the cause?

We check the sending side's delivery log first: most providers record every webhook attempt and its response code. From there we can tell whether the call never left, was rejected by signature validation, hit a dead URL, or arrived but failed in your handler. That usually locates the fault in the first session.

Can you fix an integration someone else built if I don't have the documentation?

Yes. We work from the running system, not from documentation. We trace the live requests and responses to understand what it actually does, which is often how we handle setups whose original developer or agency is gone. We then document it as we fix it.

Do I need a monthly contract to get help with one broken automation?

No. There's no subscription. We work in 30-minute increments and you only pay for the time your problem actually takes. A single stuck webhook or sync is a perfectly normal request.

How fast do you respond, and do you work remotely?

We reply within 2 business hours and work remotely worldwide, so location is not a constraint. For most integration issues we can start diagnosing as soon as you can give us access to the relevant tools or logs.

My CRM and ERP keep drifting out of sync. Can this be made reliable, not just patched?

Yes, that's the goal. Beyond fixing the immediate gap, we add idempotency to stop duplicates, retries with backoff for transient failures, and alerting so a future break is visible immediately instead of discovered weeks later. Reliability is part of the fix, not an upsell.

Do you use AI to do this?

We use AI as an accelerator to move faster through logs and code, but the diagnosis and the decisions are made by people with 35+ years of combined experience. Humans stay in charge of anything touching your live data.

Tell us what's failing and which tools are involved. We'll confirm we can take it on, and start tracing the actual request rather than guessing. No subscription, billed by the half hour, reply within 2 business hours.
